This is a painting done at Round Island Park. It was cold and a bit windy so these sheltered oaks on the river side of the park were really inviting me to paint them. Since it was done plein air, the brushstrokes are not detailed. Painting outdoors encourages the artist(as in ME) to be creative and loose.It's 8 x 10 inches oil on canvas.
